A beautiful and vibrant oil painting of sunflowers and daisies in a golden wooden frame signed by G Manger, who was known for his floral paintings. Beautiful depth and texture can be seen on the flowers and it really is an impressive painting.
The frame itself features copper detailing in the corner which have oxidised to give it a unique look.
The date is around 1950/60s. The painting itself and the frame are in excellent condition.

Due to the size, age and fragile nature of a lot of our items it can sometimes be a logistical feat, getting them to you. As a small business we want to make sure you’re really happy with your purchase and reduce the need for any returns. We have tried our hardest to accurately photograph and describe each item, so you can be clear on what it is you are getting but we know it isn’t alway easy buying online, especially antique and vintage items that will have signs of age and use.

While our collection is a moveable feast, we specialise in French and European antiques. We love beautiful authentic pieces that have provenance and a story behind them. Our range includes antique gilt mirrors, chandeliers, antique art and vintage tableware. Every item is unique, interesting and always beautiful.

We’re led by our own personal style, rather than passing trends. Inspired by the Golden Age of Europe - from the opulence and grandeur of 19th century European palaces the streets of Bohemian and the rich culture of the Belle Epoque - think Renoir, Zola Picasso. To the sun drenched villages of historic Provence. This is about beautiful living and living beautifully. Making life an art.
