Beautiful example of a late 17th century/ early 18th century English Floral Oil Painting on canvas. Beautiful composition of a pale pink and peach English rose on a dark background. Lovely condition for the age. The frame itself is Victorian, so looks like the piece was reframed at some point in the Victorian Period.
Although one of the smaller paintings in our collection this piece has real presence and would be a statement addition to any room.

Due to the size, age and fragile nature of a lot of our items it can sometimes be a logistical feat, getting them to you. As a small business we want to make sure you’re really happy with your purchase and reduce the need for any returns. We have tried our hardest to accurately photograph and describe each item, so you can be clear on what it is you are getting but we know it isn’t alway easy buying online, especially antique and vintage items that will have signs of age and use.
